Not to brag or anything, but Christmas in Florida is wonderful. I had Wedensday and Thursday off, so Matt and I went for a walk on the beach on Wednesday afternoon. We couldn't have asked for a nicer day. The sky was clear and bright blue, the temperature was around 75-80 and there was a nice breeze.
Believe it or not, this is probably the first time I've actually been in the water since we've been in Daytona Beach. I had my share of beach in Hawaii, and the beaches here just don't quite measure up. But it was fun to try to rescue jellyfish that had beached themselves.
Anyway, happy holidays to all of you stuck back in the snow!
